Body Positivity is important for achieving overall health and wellness. In this presentation we will take a look at what body positivity means, and how we can incorporate positive habits in our daily lives. We will also describe how body positivity plays a role in how we exercise. Participants will be provided with access to the RWC MyWellness app and a free workout.
