COVID Plan

There will not be more than 3 notaries at a time at the event. All notaries will be standing at minimum of 6 feet apart and will wear masks.

Multiple bottles of hand sanitizer will be available. Participants will be asked to use hand sanitizer if documents are exchanged between them and the notary public.

Anyone in need of a notarized ballot will be at least 6 feet apart in line. If necessary, we will mark spaces on the ground to denote this distance using a tape measure and tape or chalk.

Notaries will bring their own supplies and not share their pens with participants.

Participants will be asked to sign documents using their own pens. For those who do not have a pen with them, we will provide clean pens. Pens used by voters will be separated and sanitized using sanitizing wipes.
