Homecoming Chili Feed

Due to the campus moving to remote operations and classes on February 24 the Homecoming Chili Feed has been rescheduled to Friday, February 25 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm in the Millennium Student Center Century Rooms. If you purchased tickets to this event, we hope to see you in person on Friday! No ticket refunds will be issued at this time. Thank you for your donation to the Triton Pantry!

Kick-off our Homecoming festivities with a bowl of homemade chili with recipes created by our very own UMSL faculty. You will have the opportunity to sample 5 chili recipes. Taste carefully! You must vote for your favorite chili entry to select the winner of the Golden Ladle Award.

Purchase your tickets online or at the Nosh/Provincial House Dining Hall beginning January 10 - February 18. Tickets will not be sold past February 18, so make sure to pick yours up before then!

Tickets cost $5.00 for students and $6.00 for faculty, staff, and alumni. You’ll need to select to purchase a meat or vegetarian ticket. All tickets include chili samples, a bowl of your favorite chili, toppings, cornbread, drinks, and desserts sponsored by Alumni Engagement.

On the day of the event, you will also have the ability to use your ticket for a take-out option instead of eating in the Century Rooms. Just let our Homecoming staff know upon check-in if you wish to utilize the take-out option.

An exclusive glass chili mug will be given out to the first 250 people at the event courtesy of University Marketing & Communications (supplies limited, first come, first serve).

All proceeds will benefit the Triton Pantry.

As UMSL returns to in-person campus events, please remember the following:

·         Wearing a face mask outdoors, especially in group settings, continues to be strongly encouraged.

·         Face masks may be removed when consuming food or beverage when seated.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during events or activities hosted on the University of Missouri – St. Louis campus.
