Faculty, staff, and students are welcome for a discussion about how words can inform, erase, and empower the LGBTQ+ community. We will discuss how the LGBTQ+ community has historically been erased by those in power, how we are working to rebuild and reclaim lost identity, and what the future holds for our community. Refreshments will be provided.
