An 8-week Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based group which assists students in unhooking from complex thoughts or feelings and teaches skills to move forward with value-focused behaviors. Starting on Friday, September 29th, the group will meet weekly from 10:00 to 11:30 am. until November 17th.
