The reality of COVID-19 has forced many individuals to address the “what if” scenarios that were previously easy to ignore or delay, or at least the situations that no one ever wants to deal with.
The legal and financial actions necessary at the end of life are something we don’t like to think about, but they are inevitable and do require planning. Nothing has illustrated this more than the current COVID-19 pandemic. St. Louis attorney and UMSL College of Business Alum, Tom Nations, BSBA 1980, is back by popular demand to guide you through this updated session on how to get your plans in place, and help you learn what to do when a loved one dies.
Attend this seminar to gain knowledge of what to do to get your affairs in order; to understand terms like “probate”, “executor”, “living will”, “medical power of attorney”, and related concepts and instruments. Leave with the tools and knowledge to create appropriate planning documents and learn about end-of-life planning and estate-settling resources. This is a presentation designed for all ages to help in getting your affairs in order. You don’t want to miss it. Hope to see you there!
