UniverCities Exchange, an ongoing collaborative project between UMKC and UMSL, gathers community leadership alongside academic expertise to discuss problems and possible solutions to issues affecting the Kansas City and St. Louis Metro Areas. In this installment, we discuss how Missouri youth are adjusting to the complexity of nearly two years of life in the era of COVID-19. We’ve gathered leadership from a variety of sectors that are looking closely at this topic.
This session is moderated by Steve Kraske, Host of KCUR’s Up To Date.
UniverCities Exchange launched in the fall of 2020, in collaboration with the UM System Extension and Engagement Week. Previous installments discussed abandoned structures and houses and health disparities being faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope that convening these conversations provides a point of connection for future collaboration across the State of Missouri.
