Provincial House (PH) is the historic home of the Pierre Laclede Honors College (HC) on UMSL's South Campus. It houses faculty/staff offices, seminar classrooms, student common areas, and community spaces supporting enriched, interdisciplinary education for high-achieving students, featuring seminar courses, personalized advising, research, study abroad, and a close-knit liberal-arts atmosphere.
